I’m really not sure on where to start on explaining this stuff. It’s like porridge made from rice, but it’s horrid. I feel like a child eating cabbage.

But it worth tasting new things, even if its horrible (laughing). I’m curius eating new stuff when traveling, but… some of it, is terrible, some is very good – but then very difficult to track back in other places, difficult to remember the name – often with no possibility to converse on the local language.

Ana is right when she said tasting new things is good. At least you’re able to have a taste of what chinese foods taste like. Even if it is horrible, but i think congee has a lot of variations. It’s too bad you’re not able to taste the best congee they have.
